Every order is prepared and dispatched from our production atelier within 1–3 business days. All shipments are tracked door to door, and you will receive your tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us.

Duties & taxes included. Every KASÜL order ships DDP — all customs duties and import taxes are settled by us before your parcel travels. There is nothing to pay at your door, ever.
Delivery windows are counted from dispatch, in business days. During peak periods — seasonal launches, holidays, and Lunar New Year — please allow a few additional days. Final delivery is handled by your local carrier (USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, Australia Post, or equivalent).
Returns & Exchanges
If a piece isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Write to care@kasulofficial.com with your order number and we will guide you through it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty — in which case we make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return passing inspection. Exchanges for a different size ship free.
